I’ve always loved fashion and my “fashion passion” has always been mixing and matching clothes to create as many different outfits as possible. I pride myself on being able to expand my wardrobe to look as if I’m wearing something different every day. I also consider myself a creative thinker when it comes to unique ideas for organization. Initially, to assist me with keeping track with my various outfits I would write them down on spreadsheets and keep the information in a binder. Although this method was effective for recording numerous outfits I found that when getting dressed I rarely referred to the binder. The process of looking for the binder in my closet and then flipping through the pages to find the right outfit was too time consuming and inconvenient for my busy schedule.

I needed something that I could refer to quickly and was easily accssessable. I started brainstorming on a way I could have pre- planned outfit information available on hangers in my closets. My idea was to be able to look in my closet, decide what pant or skirt I wanted to wear, and on the hanger would be beautifully planned outfits that I could put together in no time. When I started looking for a product that I could use to plan the outfits on and hang on my hangers, I couldn’t find anything. So I decided to develop the product myself. Thus, Clothes Mates was born. Clothes Mates is a simple wardrobe organization system that allows you to pre-plan outfits; hang them on your closet hangers; and look fabulous every day.
